Positive experience: We have been playing football here for the past year. The pitches were very good before. Now Pitch 2 has potholes. Pitch 1 has been closed for a long time. Some of us got ligament injuries because of the ground. The doors are kept closed. It is hard to get the ball back.

Positive experience: Nice local leisure center with great facilities. Also lovely coffee shop in the lobby

Negative experience: Very cold unfriendly reception staff and I explained that I hadn't been to the facility for a long time. I have to attend classes here in future and hope that I never meet such rude people again.

Positive experience: Badminton court is just ok ok only.

Fantastic experience: You really miss a place like this once you move to other parts of the city. The rest of the city would beg to have pool timetables and facilities as good as here. Staff are approachable and do what they can to help you out, and there is an abundance of other exercise equipment and an astro turf pitch outdoors too. The cherry on top is the reasonable price. Other gyms want nearly double the membership price for worse facilities than what is here. Highly recommended, especially if you work nearby.

Fantastic experience: Five stars are based on reasonable facilities and staff friendliness and helpfulness. While not quite state of the art, the facility is good and clean. There is free WiFi for those of us who must wait for our offspring. A small coffee dock called 501 Coffee offers a friendly service and lovely cakes.

Fantastic experience: Best public facility in Dublin. Top level staff for kids swimming class. They are not just skillful but also passionate about their job and full of empathy to new students and kids who are afraid of water.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for a game of 5-a-side football. I saw three Astro-turf pitches, the centre one being slightly larger than the other two.

Negative experience: Small gym with all the basic stuff. Unfortunately absolute lack of communication from the management staff: membership price increased by a tener without any notice and it is absolutely impossible to cancel a membership.

Positive experience: I often book here to play badminton along with friends. The place is very clean, well organised and the front desk staff is always friendly. Recently they have increased the prices.

Fantastic experience: Went to this pool yesterday. Needed assistance and the staff were amazing. Nice warm pool but not too hot. Very friendly, helpful staff on the front desk and the pool area. Will definitely be back

Positive experience: Really great place to play badminton, quite expensive for 2 people, but if you play doubles it's a good price. Online booking system works but could be better. Worth arriving a bit early as sometimes courts are not set up in advance.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. The Staff are so kind and welcoming. Have only started swimming lessons(complete beginners) and l cannot speak highly enough of the swimming coach. So patient and kind to everyone. I have noticed other activities taking place here. but check that out. I have also noticed a coffee shop on the premises. Well worth a visit.

Negative experience: Been coming here for years with my friends and never had any problems, but today was far from enjoyable. Manager was very racist towards us, constantly raising his voice and telling us everything we’re doing in the complex is wrong. Firstly, we booked the entire Hall 3 for both basketball and badminton (which wasn’t a problem with the receptionist) and proceeded to walk towards the coffee shop while waiting for 2PM. Then he called us out “Guys where do you think you’re going?! You booked for 2PM!”. Then he proceeded to follow us even tho we were sitting for coffee. Secondly, when we were at the hall, we set up 1 court for basketball, 2 for badminton. While we were playing, he screamed at us again “Lads you can’t play basketball and badminton at the same time!” We explained it was no problem upon booking at the reception, he said we were given the wrong information (even tho we have been going here for 5 years and have been doing the same thing, nobody told us off even once). He was nitpicking everything and approaching us with raised voice. We are extremely disappointed with this person. We are all asians and it is very obvious that he was racially profiling us. Please do something about this. It is crucial for a manager to have DECENT customer service skills in a job that deals with customers/service users. It’s such a shame since the leisure centre offers wonderful services.

Fantastic experience: This place is great with lovely staff. I have been going swimming there for years. This morning I left my fob key in the changing rooms. I called the centre. Within 5 minutes Brendan had called me back to say he had found it, which I really appreciated. So really great staff working there. It's a great community facility.

Positive experience: Great pool/football facilities for the kids, needs maintenance though, dressing rooms don't lock, you need a 50cent coin for the lockers, and the football pitches doors are all locked making it dangerous to retrieve balls that go between the pitches.

Negative experience: The pool is ok however the swim sessions are absolutely awful. My child did two classes privately with them then years of school swim, a very capable swimmer as outlined in private lessons but was classified as swim learner and brought back down several classes in school swim with them every year. Despite talking to them nothing changed. As a result my child losts all confidence, asked to be excused from swimming because he started to feel embarrassed and singled out, no matter how much he tried he kept not even being taught anything new I watched several times it was awful. Other kids felt the same they only concentrated on top swimmers who were doing competitive swimming. My child once loved to swim but now because of this terrible time he had there he hates it for life. This place is a disgrace you stole fun and happiness from my kid and to be honest you should remove your lessons they are a joke, not fit for purpose and can endanger the emotional health and well-being of the kids in your care.

Fantastic experience: Clean, well maintained pool. Always a life guard on duty that I’ve seen. “Adult only” sessions have lap lanes for slow/medium/Fast swimmers - with slow being the biggest. Open pool sessions just have two fast lanes cordoned off. Plenty of individual changing rooms. Plenty of parking. The lockers now return your 50c coin after each use - but you still need a coin to hand to use them. Pool is quite shallow throughout (no deep end) which might not suit very serious swimmers, but doesn’t bother me swimming laps. Staff are mostly sound. Never used the gym so can’t comment.
